Shipping Area:

International Shipments may experience longer delays depending on customer location due to widespread airline cancellations and restrictions into this area. We are only responsible for relaying the item to the courier, not shipment arrival dates!

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Any additional questions or concerns about your order can be directed to service@enchantedgo.com. 

Please be patient with package arrival dates and  it would usually arrive on time unless there are unpredictable factors such as bad weather/public holidays etc. We do highly appreciate your understanding in this uncontrollable matter.
